Urgent: Booster Experience

¿Qué has intentado hacer?
I have an experience booster, but it hasn't given me double points in any race. Please look into this. I've used the booster twice, and it's not giving double experience.

The experience booster isn't working, and I've paid twice. It says I have the booster, but it's not counting double.

That's not the case. Today I will make a capture of the points before the race, a capture of the reward and a capture after the race, and you will be able to see what happens in all the races.

I don't know how you checked that Jack, but it's not real. Because I have written this post after a career that I realized a day ago. Not on 02/09, on 02/09 I hadn't noticed yet, if I realized two days ago, how is this going to be? If you have no way to check it correctly, say that you can't check it and I'll send you a test today when it happens but don't tell me it was only that day.

Hi Jack, here's proof of what's happening. It's not just in the race you mentioned, it's in all races.

Refund my EXP points, is not free is paid item, please.

Check it out because I bought the experience boost twice, and even though it says it gives you x2, it doesn't actually give you the points.



If I can't even trust what it says it gives you now, what a mess the game is.

Please, refund all my EXP points lost or refund my money.

Mon bonus booster XP ne fonctionne pas mais se décompte également.

De plus, je suis abonné VIP, mais l abonnement n est pas prit en compte. Lorsque je souhaite m abonné a nouveau, c'est écrit qu un abonnement est déjà actif... que faire???? Je suis sur Android. ( je n arrive pas a mettre le screenshot ici. Une requête en jeux avec les photos a ete faite il y a 10jours mais toujours pas traitée)

Le problème n'est visiblement pas résolu. 2 courses hier soir, 1 ce matin, et seulement 660 points d XP gagnés par course.. ( mais les booster xp ont bien été décompté)... même si ce n est que quelques euros, cela devrait fonctionner!.

Tout comme l abonnement VIP... les autres équipes me voient dernier au classement avec 0 point alors que je suis 2eme avec 80points.. normal???

Thought it worth mentioning, I can’t sign up to VIP (I play on an iPhone), I’ve tried numerous times and I just getting a spinning wheel for 3-5 seconds then it just disappears.

Renouvellement automatique de l abonnement VIP... mais j ai ete exclu de 2 ligues! Retour manuel dans la ligue, mais remise a zéro des statistiques du véhicule! Super... je me retrouve avec une monoplace a zéro en points..... ce jeu commence à réellement me gonfler.... je suis a deux doigts de tout abandonner et passer a autre chose! Tout les jours un problème 

Please Jack review the VIP renewal, it is clearly not working as intended.

I have a similar issue, my VIP was removed in-game 1 day before scheduled renewal by the PlayStore, after the auto renewal my VIP isn't back although the game says I am subscribed...

C'est triste... saison fini trop de retard

Et le pire c'est que je me suis retrouvé avec du personnel au minimum sans recevoir de notifications de fin de contrat.. recherche qui est passée de 5 à une étoile..
