Ronny Hagström, our prime player was forced out of his second account (BRT jr.). We he logs in now, it's all of the sudden a level 1 team and he's unable to post anything on the forum.  Because of all this issues,  I post this for him. Please help this guy out, he really doesn't deserve shenanigans like this...

Is this still ongoing? Am asking because if I open his profile it says level 34 and nothing unusual, except maybe displaying no profile picture.

Our league ID 21104
The team is BRT JR, unfortunately do not know there player ID, as posting, because they have no access to account.
Look forward to your help/support finding a solution to this matter.

Possible it's putting you in a new account. Unfortunately I can't access data like that on other account (while I did sign an NDA I'm still just a player volunteer after all). I'll forward this issue to team Discord where Jack can (hopefully) take over.

Best to also write an email to support@igpgames.com so there's a way to contact you if Jack diesn't want to use the main account PM.

Hi Ronny,
the email associated with your old account is @gmail.com, and your new account is @hotmail.com.

If you have access to the gmail account still you should be able to recover it easily.

I am guessing you have been using Facebook to login, so I moved the Facebook login association back to your old account. This should make it possible to login with Facebook on the old account, so try that also.

the email associated with your old account is @gmail.com, and your new account is @hotmail.com.

It looks like you linked Jr to my Facebook, as my profile picture is on that team now. My old account is this, as it was created first. Now I dont dare to try any more login or reset try. Will i loose this team to?

FYI we've got a new integrated helpdesk which will be much better for cases like this in future. Because of your case, I've built a public version which doesn't require any login also:

I did a ticket now, most important is to set back my FB to this team, and after that a reminder of Brt Jr mail
