The big question is how many? One point lost occasionally is normal, as atrophy reduces all (trainable) skills after every race. At that driver age very little and covered up by value rounding until several races compound enough to switch over to the next lower value. At 100% training might fix the skill loss by retraining that lost amount, but lower skill gain +1 and the part after the decimal point continues to shrink with every race.
