Tyre cliff

Playing for a week after a long break of around two years. I would like to know for sure whether the tyre cliff of 50% is still in effect for classic mode and the other models or it was reverted back to those from the 2019 update?

Yes, it is. 100%->75% new tyres, 75%->50% good tyres, 50%->35% bad tyres, 35%->0% last place is yours.
