Specialized Facility

To add variations and different results, i was thinking about an extra slot to build something different, where you can choose what to build, and change it someday for other special building.

(help me with this) possible facilities:
- Weather facility: gives you more info about weather
- Staff training facility: allow you to train staff
- Tyre testing facility: allow you to test tyres (long runs or diff temps)
- Race results facility: gives you more info about previous races
- Commercial facility: money money...
- Construction facility: helps you to upgrade faster other facilities

etc...

How about calling the slot something like company yards and for each level upgraded you can decide between building a new facility or upgrade an existing one.

Other suggestions:
Medical facility
Car testing grounds, biggest upgrade an own test track
