In order to launch an app on the promised date, we have opted to postpone further web-based races tonight. As many of you saw, the new WebGL build had issues running, and having already spent hours on it, we were close to an answer, but it looks as though it might need a few more hours.
Ultimately, this was the most sensible choice, to stop web races temporarily. Although this may be an inconvenience to some, especially those races just about to start, it is much more convenient than trying to access something all night.
This window will give us some time to complete the app launch tonight and then re-focus on addressing the WebGL build tomorrow. The apps will also double up as a working viewer for the race tomorrow, which in its own way addresses things too.
