It is impossible to enter the race. You can look in other leagues. When you enter your race, writes that the race is over

The same thing happened to me minutes ago. My race (German IGP) started and no one in the league connected to the race. All we saw was the black loading screen with the error message "Reconnection (reason: 3)".

Any other leagues was okay to watch...

Same problem here. Can't connect to race before race starts. Says race is over when the race is supposed to start. 3 minutes in and it still says race is over.

Yesterday there was also this problem but I was able to get into race in both leagues I'm in after 1 minute.

5 minutes in and it still says race finished. Done for now.

EDIT: Other people in the same league are also having problems.

I couldn't spectate your Malaysian GP in Need for Speed racing, brijesh/sandeep. But there are still other races I can spectate.

Wonder if it has something to do with the track or elite tier, though I'm grasping air here.

I can spectate some races but not those that are Malaysia GP and Elite for sure.

I let the others know about this around 30 minutes ago. I've been out all day and was only notified around then, and I have some ideas as to the cause. I am home now and investigating.

About 10 minutes ago we clearly identified the cause. There is a misconfigured server. The races are running fine but the viewers on this server are not connecting due to the wrong ports being specified. We are updating it now.

The vast majority of the service is running normally, and even the races on the affected server are running, but viewers will not connect due to this misconfiguration. I am very sorry to those affected, we are working to get it corrected immediately. This was caused by routine maintenance, but this particular server got misconfigured by an automatic process that ran on it during reboot.

Thanks for your hard work, Jack. :) The frustrations may boil, but we're all grateful.

Surprisingly we were all able to go into the viewer in Everyone Welcome league's elite tier, and in Malaysia GP. That was an hour ago.
