Buy now stole my coins.

So a week ago I decided to buy staff, clicked buy now and my coins got removed but never received the staff. I dont remember how much I lost, I think it was around 5 but shrugged it off and thought the system worked like that. Today I see an estonian driver with 10 talent, click on Buy now right away and I see only 2 coins disappear (even though buy now is 9). And it did give me the message that I bought the driver. But I never received it, and 2 coins are taken out of my account? And now I can't even buy a driver anymore because I do not have enough coins... what is going on lol?

Hey Remko, I've created a support ticket about your problem. Once Jack gets to it he will be able to help you.

Are you able to bid with no problems? Or has that caused issues as well?

Happened to me when I was bidding for a cd took two tokens but never got the staff member msgd on another thread but nvr got a reply

I havent tried any bidding, not really interested in doing so either. I did buyout a different driver last night though with all the coins I had left, still stinks ive lost this many coins :(

I've just got up to level 12 bidding on a driver...the clock had reset to 1 minute even though the previous rounds had been 20 seconds but my bid button was locked so I lost the auction. I lost 12 tokens with no chance of buying the driver

its pretty sad I still haven't heard anything yet, and that my coins have been taken like this without getting them reimbursed. I guess this 'Jack' person just really wants to earn money so he lets in these weird bugs so people spend money on his service. Its shameful that he hadn't found the time to contact me yet, guess I won't be playing this game much longer if its like this.

Actually, I've been dealing with a chest infection after moving my family twice in one month, the first time moving country. While that's going on, I'm working hard with the other developers on an update to the game which is due to be released very soon, and also getting through a backlog of support requests like this. I was looking through the forums and reached this thread by chance as you'd bumped it.

Thanks for your patience. Sorry it has taken so long to respond, but as you can imagine my circumstances have been quite overwhelming lately.

I've restored your Tokens to 30 (the starting value) as I believe you probably experienced bugs when the service was overwhelmed due to high demand, shortly before some upgrades were performed. Hopefully that helps.
