Upgrade HQ takes a day longer

I started the upgrade of my Technology center 3 days ago saying it would take 5 days, and now it still says 3 days instead of 2...

Have you been affected by a change in timezones this weekend? (Eg, British Summer Time?)

I started an upgrade on Technology building yesterday at 17:19 my local time, it is still at 4d 23h and some minutes. I first thought the upgrade time would be 6 days so I checked the Finance history and I saw I started the upgrade at 17:19 and it was 16:20 when I opened the Finance history. So its not been 1 day still so it cannot be less than 5 days on the timer. Can you please see to this error.
