Hi i was wondering if any1 was getting slow dev as i am in my second season and i cant dev my car very fast compared to last season . . .

so is any1 getting this with nearly 20 devers

Likely now in your second season you are working from a higher base performance so progress is slower.

Your % increases depend on your current car % [to avoid every1 having a 100% every season] the higher your current % the amount of designers & increase % will change
