Translatehi I would like to know where is the regulation for the administrator and in particular I would like to know how long a survey takes - when a question arises in the league and you have to vote when the deadlines for voting?

If you mean with adminstor, host, the host isn't democratic thing, he can stay as long as you want.
And for polls, the host decides how long a poll takes, he is the one who makes them and close them, just vote when you can.

TranslateiGP poll works this way: Your League host creates and it'll last until he/she closes.
Only League members can vote (only once), the same way only League members can post on League wall :)
If your League rules change in a way you don't like, please feel free to join another. There are so many Leagues in iGP, I'm sure you'll find one even better.
