Suggesting an addition to the Hall of Fame charts: Rising Stars
It would display the average XP gain over a certain amount of time (ie. one week) or races (ie. 3 races). This would make it a rather dynamic chart, especially compared to the current ones. It would only show XP gain > 0.
Could be combined with an achievement, and/or a small icon next to the manager's name, during the time he/she is in the top 10 (?) of rising stars.
Counterpart could be the Falling Stars chart, displaying only the negative, sorted in ascending direction.
