OK, my driver Janis has 106 races under his belt, 68 wins, 19 poles, 1815 points, 3 world titles and so on. He is in his 6th season, yet he has less experience than this dudette, with 0 races ?!? http://igpmanager.com/play/?url=team-driver/190

Pretty sure its because the guy/chick you linked is 112 years old, and assuming that the number of races (s)he's had with a team [in-game] is irrelevent, ]

also no doubt as soon as you signed him (s)he would retire anyway
