Tax for changing championship

pls can someone you help me? 
I have been changed championship and I had a cut of 10% of my cash.
Tax was not listed on penalties and if I am not wrong it was cancelled months ago .
Tital tax was 9.577.562

Hi ,

Me & friend David Dias decided to take a break after racing for more then 10 seasons in "F1 Championship" planning to come back after the summer .
As people told me in my previous thread , if i leave the league after the last race of the season , i wouldnt get a penalty.
But : I lost 10% of my budget , as did my friend . Could we get an explanation or compensation ?
