Engine Resupply Error?

One of the other racers in my league appears to have not gotten his engine resupply. He apparently has 4 engines and 20 days until next resupply. Could someone please look into this. It's for Brian Clemente. He can't seem to post here in the forums.

I can't do anything myself now anymore, hopefully Yunus can help him soon.

He still hasn't received any engines. He's now at 18 races with 4 engines remaining. He's also not changing engines at the moment as he's only got the 4 engines to last 18 races... was 20 but 2+ days have already passed and 2 races. If you could please figure out a way to give him his engines that somehow he never received. Even if you just give him the coin to buy a fresh compliment of 20 engines.

It's been nearly 3 days and still no resolution to the issue. I saw someone else with the same issue have it handled in far less time than that. Justin Sutton helped someone very quickly and here we are still waiting for resolution?

He just paid 20 tokens for a fresh set of engines. If you could please just refund those tokens, he would be appreciative.

I'm sorry, we as moderators can only point something like this out, we ultimately can't give your tokens back or something like that, you'll have to wait for our developers to have time

Ok, but I should have already received last season and so far nothing, I'm already in race 4.
