The issue was human error, and really unfortunate timing. I was hoping today would be a day to celebrate the improvements we've made to the service, for those racing at 17:00 though, unfortunately some code was uploaded by mistake which should not have been, which stopped the home page from functioning briefly. Some players figured out a way around by entering the game on any other page, which allowed them access to their race, but those who weren't quick to realise this will obviously have been unable to get in. As soon as we were made aware of this error occurring we corrected the situation.

I can only apologise for this human error which was impeccably timed, as if to contradict my pronouncements of how much better the service would be this evening! Overall, a week to forget for us, crowned by this event. Thanks for your continued support and patience throughout. We expect everyone racing throughout the rest of the evening will enjoy the benefits of the improved server performance, so 18:00 GMT - 21:00 GMT in particular, the busiest time of the day, should be noticeably improved.

Those leagues have all been postponed now. Anthony, I've also corrected the errors with your calendar. That took all night! It was seriously messed up, but I know why. It was a one-off.

Sorry, this request was too late and seen only now as the next one is starting. If you'd like, I can remove / wipe the results for that race so taking them out of the standings? But it won't be re-run, just deleted. Was it Bahrain where you had problems?
