For the last few races, my racing setups have been canceled at the last moment. Between 2pm and 9pm I have checked my setup 4 times to check if it has changed, and until 9pm, there has been no issues, I just checked after finishing one of my team's races after grabbing a victory there -cheer-, I come to check my team just as qualifier is about to begin and my setup is horrible!
I've complained about this in the past and I've basically been told it's something I've done wrong. I know thats not the case though, because like you, I've done my setup and test runs hours before, logged in and out about 4 times before the race to triple check everything is set up perfectly, and then come the race, the setups/tyres/strats/push levels have reset themselves to default.
Very frustrating bug, but I haven't had it happen for months now. Not good to hear it's still happening though!

Please provide the specific Race ID number and Driver ID number(s), then we can investigate the surrounding circumstances in the race build-up. There's not enough information to understand the situation at this point.
I notice that you said you were using multiple accounts. Were you perhaps logging in to one whilst using the other to do your test runs? Or in any way using both accounts simultaneously? That could easily account for data not saving on one of them, and it wouldn't leave any traces of problems.
Hi jack, Once again my setups havent been saved and its the 3rd time now. Its annoying me as its costing me lots of points and enjoyment in the game. The race ID im on is https://igpmanager.com/play/?url=race-live/69342/2d. My driver IDs are 19654 and 10919. I dont have multiple accounts so its not that :-(
I don't know if this will just add confusion or might help track down the problem but ---
I do my set-ups then save the changes on each of the pages as I do them.
I then click to go to another page and the system asks if I want to save my changes. I have always clicked 'yes'.
Maybe if i click 'no' (cause, as far as I am concerned, I've saved the changes anyway) it might rest to the default?
Maybe other people are not getting this (to my mind superfluous) message.
I have done my set up for today but will try that tomorrow and see what happens - if you think it might help?
Hi jack, just to let you know, i saved my setup on driver 10919 at 21:24 today, reckhecked it to see if it had saved at 21:26 and i have the glitch where all the setup is at 1 and back off with no fuel. I think noticing this now, would it be able to help you in seeing what i did? I used IE
