Can't run training laps

It has appeared a red lock in "next race" and i can't run the training laps to know how many fuel i need and witch % of tyres i loss in each lap.
Tried in the app and in the browser (not not pc)
I erased all data caché and enter again the account. The red lock has dissapeared but still the same problem, i am not able to press the button: "try setup"
It says something like you are in a race at that moment and that option is disabled

That's it. I've seen others players with chrono time in my league

Please try fully exiting the app from your phone task manager screen and restarting it. If you don't know how to do that, restarting your phone will also so the trick. It sounds like it's stuck with some cached data.

I sign out and sign again, no results
In the apps list, i forced stop the app, deleted cache and data. No results

Restarted the phone.
The problem persists.
Also the ideal configuration is disabled, and in the main menu, the button of info about the state of configuration is disabled
The drivers can't be trained
Can't see the car development
"My team is in a real time event"

SOLVED!!
The time in my phone wasn't automatic. Just set in auto and now it works (in the phone, Android, not in the app. And the region was in auto)
