2D has never worked for me

Hi, Ive bought a 12 months subscription for 2d and it has never worked. Its been like 2 months already and i could have played this game for free but i wanted more control, i decided to invest in it but this investment has been proved to be wrong. All my competition in my league has 2d and they do have more control. now i dont want to stop playing it because i paid for this game and it expires as well.

So please find a fix. Ive been contacted before by one of the developers and was asked to send a java report. Ive sent it and no response since then and that was 1 month ago. I feel like ive been ripped off. I also need to point out that ive reinstall windows, Ive updated Java a lot of times, Ive tried different browsers, it just does not work.

My patience is thinning day by day and race by race. I will put a formal complaint to get my money back if this problem is not fixed.

But judging by what you say you have probably tried this already.
If it still doesn't work then PM one of the devs or moderators who should get this sorted for you.
Please don't feel ripped off - I think there have been quite a few problems with 2d and they devs are trying their best to get it sorted.

What does the 2d viewer says after you open it?
Do you have teamviewer? So that we probably can look what the problem is on your pc?

What 2d says is just connecting and by viewing the Java report, it says im connected in the room but it freezes or get stuck on downloading track image. Does me having a 64-bit OS cause this problem? do i need to 32-bit java? would that work? I still think i tried 32-bit java. I will try again tonight for the tonight's race. I will try uninstall and reinstalling java 32-bit. Well if others have had this problems, i don't mind you finding a fix for it. But please i hope you find it quick.

So it seems to be working now. I did try reinstalling Java but thats after multiple attempts. I still dont know why its working now. Hopefully it will continue to work.

Depends on the current version of Java, seems that the game's java updates almost instantly and if we do not have up-to-date java clients, we can't connect. It's rather infuriating as we don't usually get a warning.
