watching the race problems

me and my friends have the following problem we cant see the race, it says live we click the 2d button and the timing one butt we only see a grey screen.
can someone help us?

Do you have Java installed? You can get it here: http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp

Also can you give me the Race ID?
