Because there are no studded tyres LOL. The minium temperature in iGP is 5 degrees, it used to be 10 degrees but was lowered a few months ago when the tyres were tweaked.

I've never seen an F1 race under those temperatures or snowy road conditions.... I used to watch the race when it came to Vancouver BC, Canada.
