change league from 1 to 2 car

hi Guys,

when we start our champ, we do not have the "2d subscription"; now my account is upgraded to the pay version, but still can't change the n° of car per team from 1 to 2.

is it possible or we need to create a brand new league?

I'm pretty sure you need to make a new league. I could be wrong though.
