Did you yesterday shift your designers around to upgrade different components? You can only upgrade a component every two days. If you don't shift your designers you end up not getting upgrades every day.

The first thing that sprung to my mind here was that time zones changed recently. Last time the clocks moved by 1hr we had people confused about when their designs would arrive.
