Race not Open - again?

After stuttering through to lap 24 of 27 ( i wasn't the only one complaining of lagging), I got connecting followed by RACE NOT OPEN

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with this now!!! I am just about to win my first race and I'm now not able to get the 2D open...I was watching the race and just got the green loading page, now nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same here Simon fo us it was lap 21/22 spa gp it seems it happend all at once and affected all leagues. i have mailed andrew but hes not been on since 2 days.

In iGP World Series Race of Belgium we got to the last lap before the race not open message appeared yet it still says the race is live :/

I havent recieved a reply from him for the 2d viewer issues i was having(fixed now). Although to be fair he cant be expected to be online everyday, dont know whats come up.

Yea, same on our race. Like last week, bad scene.

yeah he usually replys to me last 5 odd days its been fine so maybe he wanted a break. as soon as he comes online jhe will check.

My older question remains: why not close the whole thing down, deal with all the issues and just opening the game when it's all sorted?

Now we have these type of things every other week, sometimes every week. Lame.

Good luck to the devs. I know we are all frustrated, but these guys have to be beyond pissed! 

i suggest they put it in Beta mode so that they can fix these issues

debug mode you mean? yes. but i was robbed of a certain pro promotion, so i was not best pleased about that.

This is frankly a little stupid now. Rather than producing stop-gap solutions with postponed races and restarting servers, is there going to be a time when the actual problems are going to be fixed? Really I mean related or not, this latest round of issues came following the games latest update, that build seemed fairly stable (compared to the issues in the current build), could we not return to that build while further testing happens to make fixes to the fixes and updates that were released to update the game.

Please appreciate this is coming from a place of annoyance from not a singular problem, but a whole string of them. Your time Jack and Andrew and anyone else who's involved is appreciated I am sure by the majority of people who are here and those who are still here, but some of us at least have paid to enjoy the service you provide.. So it can be just a little annoying to not know if there's going to be a race or not, or if it's worth rushing home to make a race or really not bothering because based upon the last (insert growing number here) of races, there have been issues..

I really am trying to hang on in here, because I look forward to the coming developments, but really before the current system is as stable as the previous update was, is there any point adding new features, and is there any point continuing to pay for unreliable services?

Kev said pretty much everything I was aiming to say about our whole ordeal, but couldn't quite put it onto words.
