Does younger drivers trains better than older ones ?
At what age their attributes starts stalling /declining /stop growing/reach maximum potential (that's if they do here) 


Or there is no significant to age and it's just a number?

Yes, age plays a role in training efficiency, but I can't remember at which age it starts as it has been quite a while since that played a role for me. However skills never stop growing or drop due to age, you can always train them until they hit the cap (20 for skills and 46kg for female/51kg for male driver for weight).
