Friend cant login for race: "Authentication problem, please contact website administator"

Was logged in, changed computer then he gets that error message.

Sort of urgent. Race ongoing.

Race over.

He never got the auth problem solved.

Hopefully admins fix it soon enough.

Did he try logging out on the first computer?

i use 2 comps all the time, never have a problem logging in, although they will appear to be from the same IP.
Maybe it Lars comp appeared from a different IP address and his account got locked?

Was told if "x amount" of different IP addresses show up on one account in a short amount of time that the account gets locked out for 24 hours. Sounds like that's what happened.

Please make a Ticket in the Helpdesk and someone will be able to assist you.

Problem solved by admin: he had appearantly logged in from too many ip:s within a "short" time.
