In the announcements forum, Jack said "level XP gains from leagues have been restored to previous levels".
However during last 2 days I gained the same level of XP (100 instead of 160).


Is it normal ?

Hi, you are correct, by mistake the changes that were implemented did not take effect yet. Jack has fixed that now and has also retroactively added the missing XP from the past 2 days. You can read his confirmation in this post.
