For some reason when i am assigning designers to design new parts i can get to 0 then keep on going into the - and keep on assigning designers up to -20?!?

You can do this but it won\'t save like that. It allows you to go over so you don\'t get stuck and have to keep clicking back and forth, but it won\'t save it as you assign it unless you have 0 or more spare when hitting save.
