Frequently Changing League Race Time Causes Chaos

What did you try to do?
I changed the league race time several times in a row. I was trying to change the start time of the Great Britain race. League ID is 124800. Time Zone is UTC -7.

What happened instead?
The start time of several upcoming races are completely messed up. See this screenshot:
