Does driver health affect their ability to give accurate feedback on setup or post the best lap times? I notice practice doesn't lower their health.

Practice doesn't affect driver health. Only league races, quick races, and training reduce driver health.
Driver health does affect their pace in the race; I know for league races they do, quick races I'm not sure as I don't do quick races. Not sure whether it has a significant impact on practice times; practice times can be rather random.

TranslateI don't think driver health has an impact on their setup feedback, but in my experience it does have impact on practice lap times. If you do practice with 10% health, you will post significantly slower times than with 100%. But that doesn't really matter.
