Bad Quali ,perfect race

Why my Q is always so bad and i am startin 6-10th, always aroun 0.7-1.5 sec behind the lead?

What can i do to impove my Q?

Your driver doesn't seem all that good, but I'm not sure how important health is to qualifying ( it is very important to the race ). 

Do you qualify on hard tyres or soft?

I am bad in both tyres and my driver is better than others in our league.I have win race starting from behind and i am in the fast drivers group in race but cos i start from behind i cant fight for the win. :(

I think talent is important for Quali...and the amount of fuel is also important

The amount of fuel means nothing, as all drivers get a clear track (one after the other) with 10l of fuel in the tank, on 5/5 push.

didn't knew that...then the tyres should be important...

i dont really see any the effect of talent.

7 wins and 12 podiums whilst driving for me (i have improved him alot through training though) but only has 1 talent
