i already did..it only says it's needed gym to train physical....but i'm interested in driver shape...is it the same thing?

What do you mean by 'driver shape'?

As you are new you will have to wait until you can purchase the gym to 'train' them - this would improve their statistical 'shape'
I assume that is what you mean.

training changes the driver's attributes which in turn changes the shape

Maybe his driver is round (like 165cm and 84kg) and he wants him thin (165cm and 55kg)?
