How to Relegate / move down

Starting a new league and wanted to have everyone in the same group (Rookie). Since some people are Pro in other leagues they will just sit in the group themselves. Any way to set up a league so we can all be in one group? 

Is there any way someone can be demoted?

The request cannot be made by a host, it must be made my the players seeking to be relegated.
