Quick Parts Question...

Just curious about parts this time. 
The cap is 100 (elite), but you can keep developing the parts even if the supplier bonus has already brought the part to 100. 
IF, for example, you have a supplier bonus of 10, and develop the part to 90, will the (90+10=100) part reach its maximum speed, or will you still gain time developing the part itself to 100? 

90+10=100=Max limit in elite if you want to go higher than 90 with the additional 10 you are wasting design points. 

Ok thznks mate. Just wasnt sure as the option was there. 

Oh!! Now I finally know that we will waste the design points if we still add design points into a cap which has supplier bonus and the cap is already reaching maxed.
