Manual promotion by the support team is normally only done for private leagues or in special circumstances.
For which reason are you asking this player to be manually promoted?

Hi Gert,
 In my league group, pro players cannot move to the elite.
 There are always few accounts to switch automatically.  Kristine Del Rosario always helps.
If necessary, I will close the league with a password.

It seems support has indeed been relaxing their rules lately, if I read other forum topics.

As I said yesterday: I don't make the rules, support does, so I am not 100% sure what they will do :)
I have flagged your request yesterday to them and it's now in their queue to look at. They will answer you when they read it.

The league has to be permanently closed.

This'll be the last time we make this exception, trying to circumvent the rules by re-opening the league will result in all future promotion requests being declined. Please don't ruin the exceptions we make for actual private leagues.
