As the title suggests, my development for my next seasons parts is stuck on 57% for Chassis, Front wing and side pods. I have the sliders all the way over for next season, all my other parts are in the 80% range. This seasons parts are developing, for chassis front wind and side pods, but not next seasons..... please help.

Michael, I have just looked at your account.
They do not appear to be stuck. If I add up the development for those parts for your season it equals 57, the chassis development went up 6% today.
