Relegation help?

New manager here. Just started the game about a month ago. I've played other MS manager games and I kind of dominated my other two leagues. Now I'm in elite with all l20 managers. It's honestly kind of disheartening. I went from steady podiums and firsts to 20ths because everyone is l17+ with l17+ drivers. I want a challenge but I honestly don't to want to get stomped every race for 2-3 seasons until I can level up to 17

Unfortunately there is no quick solution to that. When I reached that stage, I took time to develop the technology center and my Youth Academy to get talent 20 drivers.

Since you’re level 10 and there is level 20 managers, you will level up quite quickly. Try to fight for the mid field and later you will compete for the podium :)

Honestly if that's the case I'll just let it run without me. It's really no fun fighting backmarker positions. Just gonna find a cheap D, TD, CD and get relegated naturally. It was fun fighting close races in Pro for Poduims.
