Staff Question

Hi all,

I'm wondering how many of each kind of staff I should have - so far I have 102 designers and could do with a few more. I have the maximum amount of staff available.

I suppose thiis depends on where you are with money.

If you have it rolling in, then I would be putting as many as possible on designing the car, since this plays a key role in how fast your car is.

If not, then you might have to put people on the commercial part of your team.

I have ~2 million rolling in a race, so can afford to use a bit. How many commercial staff are a minimum?

I can downgrade to 1 at minimum amount, not zero.

Yes 1 is the minimum. I meant you could fire the manager to save money

What happen if I fire the doctor?

Some believe that the doctor slows the rate your drivers skills atrophy. But you can race without one

And what about the chief designer? What does he do? Does I need him?
