Hi, I have two different cd's but both have 4.5 stars and are both level 14. So I swapped them around today using the same td only to discover that one is giving me 56% and with the other I'm getting 2% less at 54%. Why is this? As I would have assumed both being exactly equal in level and star rating they would provide the same research power. TIA

Hi Paulo

CD 15 5 stars and DT 15 5 stars: 56%.
CD 15 4.5 stars and DT 15 5 stars 56%
If have level 14 it becomes important whether it is a 14 "low" or a 14 almost 15 probably... The 14 4 stars are even less strong.
With CD/DT level 14 you could also find yourself with a 52% search.
With CD 4.5 liv 14 and the same DT liv 14 I observed 53%.  I assume it's a CD similar to yours that gives 54% only you have a better DT that leads to 54%.
The other CD is obviously better, and it goes up to 56%.
Almost certainly it won't be the same 56% that you have with the liv 15 staff but the same number appears for approximation reasons.
In conclusion is that with lower levels of staff there are various forces.
However update your staff to your manager level I think it's a good solution.

Hi Bruno, yes I think it must be because one of my cd's is, as you pointed out, a low level 14 4.5* and the other is an almost 15. I wasn't aware they had slightly more or slightly less power across one level even if they both have the same star rating. That explains the slight difference in power. Thanks for the info Bruno.
