Is there any way to find leagues running exactly the same as mine (time, distance and speed etc) except for using the broken search tool.

I think the easiest way is to go to spectate at the time of your race where you will be able to see which other leagues are racing. The number of laps will indicate which are running the same race distance, you can see how many cars are in the league and average rep but unfortunately it doesn't display race speed.
