Button "Disable race cars without setting", when a player enters the game, he will automatically be available before the race.

i've said for years cars should not race if they haven't been set up.

yes we understand ppl can miss races but thats then down to them to find a league were they can make races.

I myself did not do the settings many times and it was a race crash.
