Hi all, I have a driver that is at level 20 on everything except experience. Is there any point in training him? Thanks in advance.

Hello Baljit,
If he is 20 in everything, training them will be useless.  
Their experience will go up, the more races they compete in.

Experience is gained at a rate of 0.1 per league race, which works out to +1 experience every 10 league races, and I thinks it’s +1 every 20 quick races.
