Afternoon all,
I’m in desperate need of some advise, I’m getting increasingly frustrated with the fact I can be in the top half of the grid in ‘Elite’ for both practice and qualifying but come the race I drop to the back of the field?
Can someone just give me an idea of what I might be doing wrong or maybe even missing altogether?

Don't even look at your time in practice, useless.
If you want to be in the front of the grid, begin the race in SS, and upgrade your car depending of the next track.
Maybe you miss the push during the race? (too hot or too cold)
+2 push at the start of the race for the first few corners (depending of your fuel).
Your CC isn't good. He should have as weakness "cooling" or "Fiability"
