So once again this game is being stupid as it normally is, this started happening 2 days ago.
I finish a race beating my target, game says its going to give me 2.9million (what i always get) but i go to home screen, and it shows me ive only gotten 11 thousand?? What is that??

In the home screen it shows the remaining amount after you have paid off the suppliers, staff and drivers wages, and received the race bonus and income from the sponsors. You can check this on the "Finances" tab

but it never used to do that and i didnt change anything!

You said you should have received 2.9M.
Yours driver and staffs wages adds up to 2.6M
So the difference is actually really small (300-400k), and I haven't even subtracted the suppliers contracts.
I imagine it's alright with the Finances then.
