Guys!How can i get fast drivers with 20 talent.If can someone helo me plz

In the Youth Academy in the Headquarters tab you can scout a driver for 1 token. And then sign him/her for 15 tokens. The higher the level of the Youth Academy the more chance you have of rolling a driver with Talent20. Failing that, sometimes talent 20 drivers can appear on the Driver Market, but this is rare in my experience, and you have to hope they haven't been trained past your team level.
