I brought a new staff member with 9 tokens earlier today. I then logged out and came back a couple of hours later to find that the staff member was gone and is now owned by another player. Now I am 9 tokens out of pocket for what??!! Can someone please tell me how this has happened!!

Hello Jim,

I will escalate this thread to the developers for investigation. 
I have also flagged it to the support team to see if they can recover your staff member.

Thank you, it says on the stats that I owned it for 0/0 but I never put them up for sale so dont know how they just disappeared. Like I said, I am still 9 tokens out of pocket aswell..

Hello, Jim.

I'm sorry about what happened. 
The problem may have been a failure to synchronize between server and client (but I'm not sure).
That said, I returned the 9 tokens, the amount charged and added to your account a compensation for the inconvenience.
