I accidentally spent my tokens on skipping build time for my Design HQ facility. I must have accidentally tapped the button on my mobile device a few hours ago, as I've only realised my mistake now. Is there a possibility of reverting my Design HQ from level 10 to level 9 and refunding my 25 tokens?
