The new Manager tab is unresponsive + visual issues.

Tried clicking on the new upper right tab.

What happened instead?
Nothing happens. Not even with various zoom levels.

Can the bug be reproduced?
Can be reproduced on Opera and on the Android app. The new tab works properly for me on Firefox.

Android app:

Clearing the cache on Opera solved the problem. I also had to reinstall the app to get rid of the bug.
