TranslateI was helping out my friend as I pay for tokens and he doesn’t. so he sold me his driver so I would train him up a bit and then I sell him back to my friend. But now neither one of us can buy him. I was wondering if there’s anything I can do to so he can be bought again.

I imagine you've trained the driver until he is a higher level than either yours or your friends account.
Managers are not permitted to purchase drivers or staff that are a higher level then the account, they will usually display as 5+ red stars. There is nothing you can do other than wait until your team/account level up to the same level you trained the driver to and then you can buy him back. Meanwhile keep your fingers crossed that no other team buys the driver while you wait to level up.
