Here's My suggestion when something like suspension brokes down could it hit a wall or spin Off a track not other players car after Crash everybody going past the Crash site drives slowly like it would be a tight corner.
After four seconds race can continue normally. (sorry for bad english. )

Hello,
Crashes have been suggested on the thread below  - players are against the idea of crashes because it adds an element of randomness and takes away from the managerial aspect of iGP Manager.

This is Little bit different than other suggestion about crashes. At least I think it is.
